Damaged / Incorrect Item
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Full unboxing video showing the issue
Replacement Review
After verification, we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
Orders without unboxing video proof will not be eligible for claims.
